I painted my first bookshop window!

This week I hit a new milestone in my career when I spent the day clambering around the window of Mainstreet Trading Company, a fabulous local bookshop in the Scottish Borders. I’ve spent years watching other children’s book artists doing this, and always wondered how it came to be, and now I know! With the publication date for Ady and Me approaching in a few weeks, promotion has started and I was asked to paint a window to create a fun display.
